Goody Gorilla is a new snack subscription box that I recently picked up! In each box you get 7-12 vegan, gluten-free snacks, including sweet stuff. I used a coupon to get this box for $4.95. When I opened this box my kids were ridiculously anxious to tear into it, and we managed to scarf most of it immediately.August Goody Gorilla photoNo information card in the box – just snacks!

August 2013 Goody Gorilla

Beanfields Bean & Rice Chips – Sea Salt: I’m not the hugest fan of bean chips, but they are great with salsa & I love the extra nutritional boost.

Kay’s Natural Cinnamon Toast Protein Pretzel Sticks These were good and were very caramelized. I am used to a different brand of protein pretzel sticks but I liked these too. In general, I’m a Kay’s Naturals fan.

Giddy Up & Go Granola I saved this for after vacation for the kids to sprinkle on their yogurt. They are really obsessed with yogurt cups right now!

Betty Lou’s Apple Cinnamon Fruit Bars I had to make the kids share this one, they both wanted it. It was a really moist bar.

Surf Sweets Sour Berry Bears I made the kids save these for the plane. I won’t ever buy candy for them on my own so they are always excited to see this in a subscription box.

Veggie-Go Mountain Berry Spinach This is a fruit/veggie leather and somehow I convinced my daughter that she could eat it while my son had the lollipop. I don’t know how that happened.

Stretch Island Fruit Co All-Natural Fruit Strip A year and a half ago I bought something like 6 boxes of Stretch Island really dirt cheap. I’m glad they are gone finally. I don’t mind getting one or two but it was too much! The kids love it of course.

Yummy Earth Organic Lollipop Mango Tango flavor! My son was wild about this flavor and didn’t even make a mess. I’m not crazy about candy, but I’m okay with sometimes candy that’s organic!

Although I heard a couple rumblings about value in Goody Gorilla, I thought the box worked well for my family, though I wish I had made it last a little longer! I guess the kids were just itchy for some new snacks!
