Her Fashion Box
Her Fashion Box

Her Fashion Box is an Australian fashion/style box that just started shipping to the US, so I thought I’d give it a try. Mine shipped super duper late and took forever to get here (much longer than Mirenesse). You have to sign up by the 7th of the month and I signed up sometime in January, and my box got here mid-March. Seriously.  I selected the Classic box (you can pick from Classic, Feminine or Trendy) and I think that dictated the color of the makeup item and the style of the jewelry. Because this box took so long to get here (I hadn’t even gotten a shipping notice by renewal time) I chose to cancel rather than get the next box without seeing the first. I love reading foreign fashion magazines and this one is in my magazine pile (I am working diligently on flipping through magazines and recycling them!)

I didn’t really know what to expect, so I was pleased with how everything looked! I love these super-reusable magnetic closure boxes. They make me stupidly happy.

Terrible last minute photo, this was a great mini-mag instead of an information card and I loved the style of it. I wouldn’t want this in all my boxes but I think this is “the” box for Australia so it makes sense!

Bondi Sands Summer Bronze Instant Tan
Bondi Sands Summer Bronze Instant Tan

Bondi Sands Summer Bronze Instant Tan ($17.95 AUS) Can I say that I think this is totally weird but I’ll probably use it?

Her Fashion Box Necklace & Bracelets
Her Fashion Box Necklace & Bracelets

Her Fashion Box Necklace & Bracelets ($15 AUS) I totally just made up a number for these based on their Claire’s-like quality.  They’re cute and I could see them in an outback inspired look? (Yes, I’ve gone full Australian here)

Mirenesse Lip Bomb
Mirenesse Lip Bomb

Mirenesse Lip Bomb #2 ($39 AUS) Um, unfortunately I already have lip bomb #2. This was a bummer for me! I love these but I’m going to have to trade this one or gift it. They are pricey and worth it.

Rituelle Vanilla Perfume
Rituelle Vanilla Perfume

Rituelle Vanilla Perfume ($14.95 AUS) Love this great classic scent, and I think this variation was also influenced by my “classic” pick.  I think it must be fun to compare with your girlfriends and swap for your faves.

Shadow Shields
Shadow Shields

Shadow Shields I am not usually too messy but I’ll give them a shot! They protect the area around your eye from shadow/liner/mascara during application.

ChapStick Day & Night
ChapStick Day & Night

ChapStick Day & Night ($6.50 AUS) I believe I’ve used the night version of this (at least the US version of this). I love anything to slap on my lips!

I think the value of the February Her Fashion Box is around $85 AUS which is around $78 USD. I think it’s definitely a fun box to get one time, but as an ongoing subscription, I’m not sure it’s my thing. If I were an Australian ex-pat I’d totally sign up just for some fun things from home!

I just wanted to say that I’m glad you were honest in your review and that it’s updated to show that the box is inactive now. Seems like a lot of complaints I’ve seen were about how long it took to get their boxes. My Japan snack boxes didn’t even take that long to get to me!
