I’m 20 weeks pregnant! Hooray! Can I get some Bon Jovi? And no Baby Center, I haven’t gained almost 10 pounds. PFFFT. At least I still fit in my pants, but that’s a pipe dream! At this point in my pregnancy I am starting to really feel pregnant and want some pampering, and it’s only going to get worse! Bump Boxes sent me a couple boxes to review, and they are wonderful collections of safe and healthy pregnancy essentials to help get you through!

With Bump Boxes you can choose to order a box straight up with just a hint at the contents, or view everything, which is a super neat way to run a non-subscription box. These are one-time boxes and you choose the collection you want to order, either for yourself or for an expecting mom! Bump Boxes offers all kinds of boxes from fitness to pampering, to trying to conceive, to a baby essentials box! I love this idea of themed pregnancy gift boxes.

This was a really fun treasure hunt through squigglies!IMG_4034

After I dug everything out, I found 5 great pregnancy products!IMG_4035

I was really curious about these, I hadn’t seen them before! Bump Boxes uses “The Gripper” to help prevent liquid leaks. They are very strong but came off easily. It only took me a minute or so to remove all the labels.IMG_4037

Due North Foot Rubz Massage Ball ($6.18) I’m obsessed with this little guy even though my kids keep on trying to steal it! My right foot started hurting last week and this is perfect to massage away the pain and loosen everything up. Things are starting to swell and get uncomfortable and this helped!

Deep Steep Bubble Bath – Lavender and Chamomile ($9.99)  I haven’t tried the Deep Steep bubble bath yet and I do like to get in the tub when I’m pregnant. It never happens otherwise! This is totally natural with no harsh chemicals. Bump Boxes selects all its products so you do not have to worry about them, which is wonderful! It’s so hard to figure out what’s good and good for you.

Earth Mama Angel Baby Organic Peaceful Mama Tea ($5.99) This tea helps you rest! And rest is something that is harder to get the more pregnant you are (case in point, I woke up before 6am, which never happens!). Organic tea with tension easing Lemon Balm, calcium rich Oat Straw, calming Chamomile, and a whiff of Red Raspberry Leaf and Orange Peel.

Motherlove Pregnant Belly Salve ($17.99) and  Motherlove Pregnant Belly Oil ($19.99) Motherlove’s pregnant belly oil & salve have a zero rating (zero toxins) on EWG’s skin deep database. I thought that was really cool! I have definitely found myself moisturizing the large bump (third kid!) taking over my life. I love these because they are super moisturizing and have great smelling relaxing ingredients!

Bump Boxes Be Ready box was a great relaxing box perfect for pregnant moms who are starting to feel uncomfortable. The value was a bit less than the price, but given that you didn’t have to pay shipping and everything is packaged up so nicely, I really enjoyed it! A few of Bump Boxes prices in their store are less than you can find them elsewhere, and you’d pay more on shipping (this box weighed at least 6 pounds, all the Bump Boxes are huge and heavy with full size products), so this was a really beautiful way to get a fantastic collection of pregnancy supplies.

Visit Bump Boxes to find out more about this box or to pick up a box or two! Stay tuned for my review of the “Be Clean Box!”. You can also check out the entire maternity/pregnancy subscription box directory page.

I didn’t care for the products I got. I found out that I could get the same type of products at a much cheaper cost. Perhaps the extra cost is paying for their website. Who knows. Also, the person I spoke with, Dawn? Wasn’t the nicest person either and needs to work on their customer service skillset.

I’m digging the Motherlove products! I have been thinking about getting a box like this for a pregnant friend.
