Love the outer box – I definitely save & reuse.
I think Birchbox really shines at the winter special edition boxes! The “idea” card was a welcome and fun touch.
The Birchbox Home Sweet Homespun Box is $40 (a $96 value) and includes the following items.
Makerskit Hanging Photo Clips Complete Project Kit ($24) This is cute and will be adorable when its finished, but I wish there were some instructions?? That’s a little baffling. It says complete! hmmph.
Milk Bar Cornflake-Chocolate Chip-Marshmallow Cookie Mix ($16) Yum Yum & Yum. I can’t wait to try this – I also bought the confetti cookie mix. Just for some added deliciousness (BTW, Birchbox was out of my jam – if you recall I ordered it along with the Birchbox Limited Edition boxes and that’s why I got my box after everyone else. I did get 100 points – $10 – to compensate. Love their CS).
Meri Meri The Little Garden Treat Kit ($12.95) Well, the idea card says bake the cookies and then wrap them up and gift them to people including your super. That is SO so so NYC. You know what I would do? Buy a bag of Betty Crocker cookie mix, bake those up, cool & wrap, and then bake and eat my Milk Bar cookie mix. Y’all, I don’t buy $16 cookie mix that makes 8-12 cookies to give it away.
Richer Poorer Socks ($12) Great quality socks with always adorable patterns. Gifting these to SIL, who loves socks.
Illume Mini Tin Soy Candle in Noble Currant ($9) You know I love ILLUME (it’s on my Holiday Prep guide!). This is an excellent scent and perfect for cozying up your space.
Soak Handmaid Luxury Hand Cream in Fig ($10) This was a fairly light lotion and the scent was really nice. FYI it’s available scentless as well.
Cowshed Lippy Cow Natural Lip Balm ($3.50) My FAVORITE discovery of this box! Super nourishing balm that smells delicious (really!), non-irritating, and felt totally 100% natural on my lips. I rarely rebuy but I will rebuy this. I should have waited on buying the second cookie mix and just bought a second box.
Askinosie Chocolate Single Origin Sipping Chocolate ($4) they really mean morsels!
Excellent high quality chocolate. I’ve eaten most of it. Pffft. Who can wait to drink it?
The Birchbox Home Sweet Homespun Box is available for $40. This box is a yes! Fun & warm without being too spendy or too utilitarian!
