These sweet potato frizzles are a cute and fun update to a sweet potato fry! After receiving our January Hamptons Lane Box (review), my husband went a little wild with the spiralizing, and created 3 recipes for me to share with you. Hamptons Lane is a gourmet subscription box curated around a theme – every month you’ll get a box of food and gourmet kitchenware items!
We made these for the kids so I didn’t really whip up a sauce or anything but it would be super simple – mix up a dab of jojo’s artisan sriracha in the box with some mayo, et voila! The perfect contrast.

My 6 year old spiralized an entire sweet potato for us!
This is what’s left. She thought it was hilarious.
Even the dark ones were really good. We sort of just took these and stuffed them in our faces, but you can also use to garnish a recipe – wouldn’t they be great on top of a thick, juicy steak?
I caught her sneaking some 🙂
I’ll be posting the other recipes seen above soon! For now, our Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Frizzles Recipe. It’s dead simple.
