Where’s my gumbo? Can I have a gumbo subscription? Oh well.
All the details on the information card, including whether an item is vegan, non-gmo, gluten-free, or organic, plus the ingredients.
Snikiddy Baked Mac n’ Cheese Puffs (2 in deluxe, 1 in classic) My kids chomped these right up, they’re so kid friendly and we love Snikiddy! These are baked corn & rice puffs flavored with cheese and obviously big kids like you will like them too.
Chocolaterie Monbana Chocolat Salon de thé (2 deluxe 1 classic) Only sugar, vanilla, and cocoa. This is my kind of hot chocolate with 32% cocoa.
Boulder Canyon Olive Oil Kettle Chips (2 deluxe, 1 classic) I totally ate all of these this weekend. They were good, a tad greasy (which is typical with the oil flavors).
Pork Clouds Rosemark & Sea Salt Pork Rinds (1 deluxe) I am going to make myself try a pork rind tomorrow. I have never eaten one in my life.
Dolcetto Lemon Wafer Bites (2 deluxe, 1 classic) My daughter has a serious thing for these and I let her take most of them for desserts – but I snuck a few delightful bites. I love lemon and these were fantastic. Love that these have 100 calories per pack too!
Divine Milk Chocolate (4 in deluxe, 2 in classic) The only fair trade chocolate company owned by the cocoa farmers – I didn’t know that! It’s actually exceptional milk chocolate.
Dilettante Toffee Crunch Trufflecremes (4 in deluxe, 2 in classic) How can you go wrong with a trufflecreme?
TONY’S!
Tony Chachere Creole Seasoning (2 in deluxe, 2 in classic) I grew up on the gulf coast and I have Tony’s in multiple varieties. You can buy it at Walmart if you want a big can, it’s cheap and it’s the best. THE BEST.
Rise Energy Bar (1 in deluxe) & Rise Protein Bar (1 in each) – the Energy bar was a pretty standard fruit/chia base but the protein bar was amazing! The only ingredients are whey powder, almonds, and honey.
Mrs. Thinsters Cookie Thins (Only deluxe box) I thought these were insanely better than the cookie chips! I was honestly thankful they didn’t have them in the LWF shop because I would have ordered them.
This was a great box and I loved the theme, though I would have liked to see a bit more attention to it. I hope my comparison helps you decide whether to go for the classic or upgrade to the deluxe! Haven’t tried most of these yet – only got the box a couple days ago, and then the Universal Yums one and Bocandy came, too. (Not impressed with Bocandy, but that’s another story.) I did try the potato chips and don’t care for them. The late lamented Cloud9 box had some terrific ones last summer – Jose Andres, which are made with Spanish potatoes, evoo and Himalayan pink salt. If you ever get a chance, try those – not a bit greasy.
LOL i thought we were on the universal yums. i am glad it wasn’t just me! if jose andres potato chips were bad then i’d have to question all my understandings of life. i’m going to put the link here for anyone else reading our food musings

i love himalayan pink salt. i think it’s perfect for vegetables. i just ran out but am getting the globein kitchen box for review so i’ll have more. they pressed my buttons with that one. we’re hoglets over here. i think we’re almost done with our LWF deluxe box and universal yums after 3 days.
Well, you have help. I’m by myself eating all these goodies! And it takes a while. Those Jose Andres chips were the best I’ve ever eaten, and I’m not a huge fan of chips in general. I’m afraid to buy more, since I don’t see how I’d stop myself from eating them all.
