Pan Fried Shrimp Cakes
These were all for my husband’s benefit. I don’t eat shrimp. He loved them.
Chicken Tostadas with Tomato Avocado Salsa – This week’s box had a bit of a Super Bowl theme. These were so good, but the recipes were silly because they wanted you to use the kidney beans with the tostadas and the black beans with the chili. We flipped them.
These were delicious, fresh, and healthy. I totally inhaled mine!
Southwestern Black Bean Chili – Because we wanted the black beans on our tostadas, this is now red bean chili! HAH! This one wasn’t vegetarian – it included high quality ground beef. I love how Hello Fresh packages things – like the individual containers of sour cream. I prefer that greatly over repackaged fresh items.
We were so happy with this week’s meals! We’ll be getting Hello Fresh again soon. Making my life easier for sure.
