Parmesan Crusted Tilapia with Parsley Potatoes and Carrots

I’m not a huge fish fan but the parmesan crust on top made it super yummy. The potatoes were crazy delicious! The fish provided was super fresh with a big serving!

Meatball Pho with Rice Noodles

Loved not having to source all the ingredients to make this, and I haven’t had pho in years because of that. Mint, cilantro, everything. The kids enjoyed this too! I liked the meatball twist on things.

Seared Sweet Italian Sausage with Warm Orzo Salad

This was really good and got on the table quickly. This was an alternative pick for the week – I do check my account because I don’t like surprise meals that much. HF sent along lemon to brighten up this dish, and I love it when they do that.
