Spork Pack is a cooking subscription box with a focus on the gadgets, accessories, and cooking tools for your kitchen instead of just the food. Regularly $33.30 per month, all subscription plans are currently on sale, and you can use code NEWFRIENDS to save another 20% on top of that.

This box didn’t come with an information card (I think it may have been inadvertently left out).IMG_8890

Prepara Swizzle Straws ($3.99) Stir & Sip – no spoon needed.  I think my kids will really enjoy these – and so will I since they are bottom heavy (the fun decorative straws always seem to tip over their cups).IMG_8891

Popcorners Kettle Chips ($.50) My kids really enjoy popcorners and I know they’ll like this sweet version (I don’t care for Kettle corn!).IMG_8892

Hong Sam Won Korean Red Ginseng Drink ($2.50) Caffeine-free, anti-fatigue energy drink made of 6-year-old Korean red ginseng extract, jujube fruit, cinnamon, berries, and dried ginger.IMG_8893

Urbani Truffle Thrills White Truffles & Porcini ($12.50) This is a sauce that you can use as a topper on bread or pasta, or some sort of meat. I’m not a mushroom fan in the least but I’ve discovered I enjoy truffle flavorings, so I’ll take a nibble when my husband gleefully pours this on some dish. I was impressed with it even though I’m anti-mushroom.

Prepara Herb Savor Pod ($15, available for $10/ea in a set of 3) I was so excited by this because I really wanted one of these! These prolong the life of your fresh herbs for up to 3 weeks and sit inside the fridge door. I was happy to see that this wasn’t the close-out original version, but the brand new 2.0 version.

I have a lot of kitchen gadgets and have been impressed with the unique items I’ve been receiving in Spork Pack. This month’s box had a value of around $36.50, which decent for a monthly subscription cost, but actually really good considering I purchased this on sale and with a coupon. I didn’t love the food items this month but everything will get used by my family, so I don’t mind not loving it myself.
